         We guarantee our lice treatment services for 30 days post-treatment for any                          individual treated by The Lice Heads when all of the following are met:

 

• Every person living in the home with the treated individual must be checked by The  Lice Heads within 48hrs. If other family members in the household are found to be positive, We must also treat them to prevent re-infesting and stop the cycle.

 

• The preventive guidelines are followed on an ongoing basis.

 

• The take home instructions are followed the day of treatment.
